This Infographic is a reflection from my previous class "Corporate Training and Motivational Development." It is an introduction of the first stage to the Training Module package created for Purrfectionary Customer Service staff and team members. 
The Training Module is base on the acronyms SHINES and consist of six levels of mandatory training requirements. The Infographic serves as a synopsis of related titles and topics to help improve the performance level of the organization customer service staff. The training objectives and exercise are designed to suit the audience training needs and request with favorable outcomes.
